What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label candles?

Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are structured by product line to ensure cost efficiencies for raw materials, custom vessel production, and automated filling lines:

• Scented Jar Candles: 1,000 pieces per SKU / fragrance blend.
• Tealight Candles: 20,000 pieces (available in 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour burn profiles).
• Pillar & Household Utility Candles: 500 kg total wax volume per order.

For established retail chains and brand owners launching new seasonal collections, we accommodate pilot testing runs upon technical review.

What types of candles and wax formulations do you offer?

• Custom Sampling & Lab Prototyping: 7 to 12 working days upon fragrance and artwork submission.
• Mass Production: 21 to 35 calendar days following final sample sign-off and PO confirmation.
• International Shipping: 22 to 35 ocean transit days to major ports in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia via ICD Bangalore or Chennai Port.

Can we request pre-production samples and burn test reports prior to ordering?

Absolutely. We require pre-production sample sign-off prior to initiating full-scale automated pouring. Samples are provided alongside internal burn test evaluations validating burn duration, flame height, pool diameter, container exterior temperature safety, and wick stability under ASTM F2417 guidelines.
